Every NEW item sold by us is unconditionally guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise specified. We will replace any faulty item or refund minus postage and packing, your choice. Return Postage and packing is the responsibility of the buyer. We pay to post the replacement back to you. If an item is returned that is NOT faulty, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Delivery of goods

All prices on www.cbradio.co.uk are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Our aim is to deliver your order within 5 working days following receipt of payment. Payments are due within 5 days of purchase. Cheques or postal orders have to be cleared before goods can be released which can take up to 7 days. Items will be despatched same day if possible but 2 working days to process the order should be allowed for. If temporarily out of stock you will receive an email notifying you of the expected date of delivery and a second email when the order has been despatched. We accept no liability whatsoever for the efficiency or otherwise of the postal service. We always obtain proof of posting. Orders over 5 Kg might benefit from our courier delivery service. Email us and we will provide you with a quote. Problems with packaging products are rare but occasionally they do happen. Any offers to replace goods or give refunds will not include postage.

To ensure faster, easier and secure payments for your purchase, we accept PayPal or credit card payments only for orders placed from outside The United Kingdom

We reserve the right to replace out of stock items with similar products of the same standard

Postage and packing

Default shipping is by Royal Mail Standard Packet Rate if sent from our head office in the United Kingdom or TNT post if sent from our branch in the Netherlands. Other services are available on request only. Postage is always at the current rate. We will combine shipping on multiple items to give you the best value.
We have a flat fee P&P for international parcels from 1 to 5 Kg of €15.00. C.O.D is not possible for international deliveries.

Returns

Whilst problems are rare we will replace or refund any items that are defective, even though as retailers we have no control over the manufacturing process. However, we must be informed of any problems within 7 days and before returning any item. Unarranged returns will not be accepted. 

• Our return policy allows merchandise to be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days from day of purchase. Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and include all accessories. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied if the merchandise is used. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• After 30 days and within 6 months of the purchase date, the buyer can return the merchandise for repair or replacement. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will repair or replace the item and return it to you at no charge. If the return is for any other reason, a 35% restocking fee will be charged and only if the item is returned in good condition and in the original box with all accessories. Additional charges may apply if those conditions are not met.
• Returns after 6 months to within 1 year of purchase will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price. Additional charges may apply if the item is not returned in the original packaging and there are signs of damage (scratches, dents, etc.), or if all original accessories are not included.
• We will employ every resource to ensure that your item is replaced promptly and without hassle. Please contact us for any product or service issues before filing a complaint to the original purchase site.

Fraudsters and anyone found abusing this site or abusing our services will be barred and details will be deleted after passing to the appropriate authorities. If necessarily we will seek legal advice.
